After a long break, we plan to start recruiting again, and this time from a more powerful position. Previously when I recruited, I was looking for the 2nd or 3rd developer for the team so the question of fitting within the group was not really relevant. Now that's the team has grown - it is crucial.
Starting by listing the attributes that I'm looking for:

Ability to teach (that's a first for me)
